Soak up the sun

Cabo is mostly known for its pristine beaches. In Cabo San Lucas, Medano Beach is the main swimming beach and also the most popular among tourists and locals. Chileno Bay, on the Tourist Corridor, is know for the diving and snorkeling , while Twin Dolphin Beach is excellent if you plan a romantic picnic.

Each season, the clubs and discos go from best place in Cabo to almost forgotten. Whichever is the hottest club in the city is not hard to find: just ask at the hotel or ask fellow travelers. Then, plan for a night out dancing.

This day trip will definitely take you back in time. Explore the Cathedral and the main plaza. Make sure to shop for authentic Mexican handicrafts. It’s possible to do this day trip when you visit Todos Santos, as the road to La Paz passes through Todos Santos.

See the gray whales

From October to March, the migration of gray whales occurs , which means you can see these lovely creatures in the shallow waters around Baja California. Whale watching tours are available from many companies, but you might be able to see a whale just by scanning the horizon.

Surf
