Although many say that July can get “too hot and too humid”, if you spend your time on the beach, you won’t feel the humidity. There are weekly bullfights taking place in Plaza de Toros during the entire month of July.
How about a day trip to change the scenery? Isla Mujeres is near-by and you can walk, have a picnic on the beach or even swim with the dolphins. If history is on your mind, then a visit to Chichen Itza is a must (just remember to leave early in the morning and bring lots of water).
